FAQs
Does M2 Massage provide services for both males and females?
Yes! We provide massage therapies for both male and female Customers. We have male and female therapists, and Customers are allowed to request any gender of therapist, to attend to them.
Can I make a booking in advance?
Yes! Any reservation that is 30 days apart from the day requested, will be subjected to a deposit of the full amount.
Does M2 Massage offer long-term packages?
M2 Massage attends to specific health conditions and injury rehabilitation. We aim to assist people in recovering from an ailment, on top of understanding the needs of our Customers who wish to maintain or improve the states of their minds and body, to stay productive. This includes therapies to soothe muscle soreness, improve the quality of sleep, boost the immune system, enhance mental alertness, ease the effects of cancer treatment, aid headaches, alleviate depression, and ultimately, reduce stress. Therefore - yes! We do have long-term packages ("Regular Session Plan"). To learn more about this, kindly contact us for further information.
What is the safe maximum load for the massage bed?
Our massage beds can work safely with a 150 KG load.
What are the accepted modes of payment?
Currently, we accept after-session cash payments, as well as bank transfers to our OCBC account for our Premium Session customers, and security deposit of 30%, and the balance charges by cash for our Basic Session customers.
Is there any additional cost to any of M2 Massages treatments?
The prices of our packages are inclusive of everything, including consultation, transportation, and setup.
Do I need to prepare anything on my end?
We have 2 types of sessions. It is our Premium and Basic service. You can refer to its page to see what is included and what is not.
How many sessions will I need?
M2 Massage believes that every person is unique, and with this uniqueness comes the exclusivity of certain conditions that may apply to only a specific Customer. For some Customers, it may take one session, while for others, it may take several sessions before any improvement is observed. You and your therapist will be able to discuss thoroughly this after your first session when he/she has had the chance to evaluate your body's tissues.
When should I avoid massage therapy?
Massage therapists offer non-invasive, non-narcotic treatments for many types of injuries and pain. However, massage is not for everyone. People with high blood pressure, deep-vein thrombosis, and certain skin conditions should consult with their doctors before getting a massage. If you have a fever, feel dizzy, or have recently been in an accident, M2 Massage highly recommends that you request a rescheduling of your M2 Massage appointment.
Is the setup necessary?
Having the right ambiance and the right equipment will certainly maximize the productivity of your session. The atmosphere we create for you will set you in the right mood, putting you in a relaxed state of mind. Our Premium bed is designed to provide adequate buoyancy, to not affect the physical pressure of the massage. In addition, the massage bed is specially designed to have you lying down in the proper position without having you adjust your posture, especially for breathable purposes. Could you imagine not having peace of mind and being in an uncomfortable position for your massage session?
Terms & Conditions
Engagement of M2 Massage services constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Time Extensions
Where the need or want arises for therapists to continue beyond the booked time, subject to availability, they will do so provided authorization has been granted. The minimum time extension is 30 minutes.
Appointment delay
In any event that the Customer requests to delay or postpone an appointment that takes place less than 12 hours before the appointment, no refunds will be entertained. For changes to the appointment date & time at least 12 hours before the appointment, please contact M2 Massage directly
Cancellation / Change appointment
No refunds will be made for the cancellation of the appointment. For a change of appointment, the customer would need to contact M2 Massage directly. Do note that no changes of appointment can be made within 12 hours of appointment as no refunds will be allowed.
Sexual Contact
There shall be strictly no sexual contact during the service. The Customer must not himself or herself partake in sexual acts or acts of indecency in the presence of M2 Massage staff.
Personal Valuables
The Customer shall undertake to keep all personal valuables out of sight or locked away each time before the arrival of the M2 Massage representative and will not hold M2 Massage, its officers, or representatives responsible for any losses.
Grace Period
The Customer shall give M2 Mobile Massage a 30-minute grace period to arrive at the location. The Customer shall also allow five minutes for setting up of equipment and another five minutes for packing up.
Indemnity
The Customer shall agree to release M2 Massage and its staff against liability from any loss, harm, injury, illness, damage, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses of any nature that the Customer might have or that may hereafter accrue to him/her as a result of the services provided by M2 Massage.
