Person experiencing fever symptoms 3 days prior to appointment.
Terms & Conditions:
Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund.
