Service Overview
Yellow fever is a disease spread through mosquito bites, symptoms include fever, chills, headache, backache, and muscle aches. It is endemic in the tropical regions of Africa, central and south America. The vaccine is recommended for individuals traveling to these areas where yellow fever is endemic or epidemic, and for individuals living in or traveling to countries that require proof of yellow fever vaccination for entry. Service Description

Recommended for
• Travellers to endemic and/or epidemic regions (Official International Certificate of Vaccination for yellow fever is required for ICA immigration clearance).
• Children > 9 months old.

Booking Information
• This booking is for 1 vaccination dose.

Recommended dosing
• Recommended to have 1 dose, repeated every 2 years, when traveling to endemic and/or epidemic regions.
• Vaccination should be completed at least 10 days before your trip.
• After receiving the vaccine, you will receive a signed and stamped International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP, sometimes called the “yellow card”), which you must bring with you on your trip.

Not recommended for
• Persons who have prior yellow fever vaccination.
• Persons who have taken a live vaccine within the past 28 days.
• Persons experiencing fever symptoms 3 days prior to appointment.

Documents required for the appointment
• Parent's Identity Card.
• Child's Birth Certificate.
• Child’s Health Booklet (if applicable).

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations are not allowed once payment has been made.
• However, if required, appointments can be postponed to a later date (with a validity period of three (3) months from the time of booking).
• If you would like to reschedule your booking, please use the link provided in the appointment confirmation email.

For Confirmed Appointments
• For appointment rescheduling less than 2 working days before the confirmed appointment date.
• You may reschedule your appointment up to a maximum of 2 times.

Terms & Conditions
• Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
• Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund.
