This vaccine immunizes you against the shingles infection. Shingles, also known as Herpes zoster, is a painful blistering rash caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox. Shingles is not a life-threatening condition, but it can cause a lot of pain and discomfort.

CHAS subsidies are available for this vaccine and administered at any DA Clinic.

Documents Required:
Identity card
CHAS Card (if applicable)

Recommended For:
• Elderly aged 60 years old and above.
• Adults aged 18 years or older with immunocompromising conditions.

Dosage Information:
• This vaccination booking is for 1 dose.
• 2 Doses are recommended at an interval of 2-6 months.

Not Recommended For:
Person experiencing fever symptoms 3 days prior to appointment.

Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund.
