• Once purchased, an email with a booking link will be sent to you within 1 working day. Please select your preferred location, date and time accordingly.
• After your appointment at the DA clinic, you will be directed to a nearby partnering clinic for x-ray (no additional cost)
• Results will be available for collection at the clinic within 7-10 working days.
• Reschedule of appointment is only allowed up to 2 working days before the scheduled appointment date.

Cancellation Policy:

• Unfortunately, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. However, if required, screening can be postponed to a later date (with a validity period of 6 months from the time of booking).
