This Package covers: - Physical examination by a doctor - Height, Weight, BMI - Chest X-Ray** Note: (**) - Available at a partner imaging centre, our clinic staff will assist with appointment booking during your clinic visit

Service Description

IMPORTANT:

Kindly refer to the letter from MOM to select the correct screening package.
Once purchased, an email with a booking link will be sent to you within 1 working day. Please select your preferred location, date, and time accordingly.
Results will be available for collection at the clinic within 7-10 working days.
Reschedule of appointment is only allowed up to 2 working days before the scheduled appointment date.

Pre-screening Preparations:
This package is not recommended if you experienced fever symptoms 3 days prior to your appointment.

Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund.

Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. However, if required, screening can be postponed to a later date (with a validity period of 6 months from the time of booking).
