This screening tests for HIV, malaria, syphilis, tuberculose and includes a medical examination to check if you are physically and mentally fit to work. This package covers: - Blood Test: Malaria Parasite, Syphilis Screen (VDRL), HIV - Urine Test - Chest X-Ray What happens after you book: Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a link for appointment scheduling within the purchase receipt. Please select your preferred date and time at your choice of clinic location. Head down to the choice of clinic at the selected timeslot!

Service Description

IMPORTANT

Please book an appointment that is at least 7 days before the deadline.
Once purchased, an email with a booking link will be sent to you. Please select your preferred location, date and time accordingly
After your appointment at the DA clinic, you will be directed to a nearby partnering clinic for x-ray (no additional cost).
The clinic team will send you an SMS within 7 working days for results collection. Test results can be collected from the same clinic you had your appointment at.

Recommended For:

Mandatory screening for foreign workers and domestic helpers new to Singapore. Screening must be done within first 2 weeks of arrival.

Preparation:

This package is not recommended if you experienced fever symptoms 3 days prior to your appointment.

Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
