Service Overview
As an employer, you must send your foreign domestic worker (FDW) for a medical examination before you can get her Work Permit issued. This service includes screening tests for pregnancy and syphilis and a medical examination to check if she is physically and mentally fit to work. This package covers: - Blood Test: Malaria Parasite, Syphilis Screen (VDRL), HIV, Pregnancy Screen bHCG (For Females) - Urine Test - Chest X-Ray Fasting is not required. Simple 3-Steps: 1) Book your package 2) Select your preferred date and time at your choice of clinic location with the booking link sent via email. 3) Head down to the choice of clinic at the selected timeslot!
Service Description

Things to note: 

- You must send your helper for a medical examination within 2 weeks from her arrival in Singapore.   

- Select an appointment within 2 weeks of her arrival in Singapore.   

- Please remind your helper to bring along:      

  • MOM Form   
  • Screenshot Confirmation Email (Please note that your helper will be asked to make payment if screenshot is not provided.)

Important Notice: If a Chest X-ray/TB Screening is required, it will be conducted off-site, not at DA clinics. Don’t worry—our staff will assist with booking during your visit. 

- The clinic team will send you an SMS within 7 working days for results collection. Test results can be collected from the same clinic you had your appointment at.   

Terms & Conditions
• Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
• Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund.
• Doctor Anywhere reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service without prior notice.
• If a patient declines to visit the partner location for Chest Xray/TB Screening after purchasing the service, the cost is no refundable.
