Service Overview
As an employer, you must send your foreign domestic worker (FDW) for medical screening every 6 months. This service includes: - Syphilis Screen (VDRL) - Pregnancy Screen (bHCG) - HIV Fasting is not required. Simple 3-Steps: 1) Book your package 2) Select your preferred date and time at your choice of clinic location with the booking link sent via email. 3) Head down to the choice of clinic at the selected timeslot!
Service Description

Things to note: 

- Kindly refer to your helper's 6ME MOM letter to select the correct screening package.  

- Please purchase this service after receiving the MOM notification letter.  

- Select an appointment date at least 14 days before the submission deadline as stated on your helper's 6ME form.  

- Please remind your helper to bring along:    

  • Work Permit Card  
  • MOM Form  
  • Screenshot Confirmation Email (Please note that your helper will be asked to make payment if screenshot is not provided.)  

- Important Notice: If a Chest X-ray/TB Screening is required, it will be conducted off-site, not at DA clinics. Don’t worry—our staff will assist with booking during your visit.  

- Our clinic team will submit the lab/imaging reports through the MOM portal within 14 days upon completion of the screening.  

- Once your helper's report has been submitted via the MOM portal, our clinic team will notify you via SMS regarding the submission status and report collection in-clinic.  

- Reschedule of appointment is only allowed up to 2 working days before the scheduled appointment date. and we will have it sent to MOM.  

Terms & Conditions
• Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
• Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund.
• Doctor Anywhere reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service without prior notice.
• If a patient declines to visit the partner location for a Chest X-ray/TB Screening after purchasing the service, the cost is non-refundable
