- Please note that ART results are valid only for 24 hours (or according to your country of travel’s stated testing window). Please check and ensure that your testing window and time of result made available to you, will be within permissible limits for your flight.
- Please note that results can be known within 15 minutes. However, it can take up to 2 hours for the results to be notarised, and for the report to be sent to you via email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
In order to be eligible for the Family Bundle, all travellers must be:
- Residing under the same address
- Share the same Destination, Depature Date & Time, Flight Number
- Have their pre departure swabs done on the same Date, Time & Location
Booking is not confirmed upon payment at Marketplace. DA will contact the customer within 2 working days from the booking date. If you have not received any confirmation after 2 working days, do contact us at +65 31584622 or email askus@doctoranywhere.com
After your appointment has been confirmed, you will not be able to reschedule or cancel the appointment and there will be no refunds. If you would like to change your appointment, before a confirmation has been made, you can contact us at +65 3158 4622. Our cancellation policy is listed at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: All partial refunds would incur an administrative fee of $30. For example, if a partial refund of an order valued at $128 is approved, only $98 will be refunded to the card used for the booking. Discount codes(if used for the booking) cannot offset the monetary value for the refund.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed upon making payment online. Confirmation of your booking will only be made after a Doctor Anywhere Medical Service Coordinator has contacted you to verify your details and confirm the date and time of your appointment.

Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment
If you would like to reschedule your booking before we contact you to confirm your appointment, please call our team at +65 6432 8390.
For confirmed appointments (after a Doctor Anywhere Medical Service Coordinator has contacted you):
- For appointment rescheduling less than 2 working days before the confirmed appointment date, an administrative fee of $55 nett will be charged. You may reschedule your appointment up to a maximum of 2 times.
- Generally, cancellations are not allowed once payment has been made. Any requests for cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and shall be at the sole discretion of Doctor Anywhere and will only be allowed in limited circumstances.

For group and family bookings
Please note that group or family bookings will only be processed if all customers to be served:
- Are included in the single booking
- Reside in or are located at the same address
- Will receive the health service on the same date and time, and in a single location
