Service Overview

Infection with the rotavirus is a common cause of stomach flu (gastroenteritis) in infants and young children. Rotavirus vaccines help to prevent stomach flu (especially severe diarrhoea) in infants and young children. Other symptoms of rotavirus infection include watery diarrhoea, vomiting or fever and dehydration, which may require hospitalization. Rotavirus present in faeces of infected people spreads easily through hand-to-mouth contact and surfaces such as contaminated toys or dirty diapers. It can also be spread through the air by sneezing and coughing.

Parent's Identity card
Child's Birth Certificate (if applicable)
Child’s Health Booklet (if applicable)
CHAS Card (if applicable)

Recommended For:

Children aged 6-24 weeks old
Recommended to have 2 doses, administered 4 - 8 weeks apart.

Dosage Information:

This vaccination booking is for 1 dose.
First dose must be administered before 15 weeks
Second dose must be administered before 24 weeks
No booster is recommended.

Not Recommended For:

Person experiencing fever symptoms 3 days prior to appointment.

Terms & Conditions:

Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

1) Unfortunately, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. However, if required, screening can be postponed to a later date (with a validity period of 6 months from the time of booking).
