• Lie the child on their left side with the knees bent and arms rested comfortably. 
• Remove the protective shield from the rectal tip. 
• Gently insert the enema with tip pointing towards the navel with steady pressure. 
• Sqeeze bottle until nearly all the product is expelled then remove tip from the rectum. 

Discontinue use if resistance is encountered. Forcing can result in injury.

• Keep out of reach of children. Administration should be done by an adult. 
• Do not force enema if resistance is felt. 
• It is not necessary to empty out the bottle completely. 
• Maintain position until strong urge to defecate arrives.
