Testing of your specimen(s) will help find out if you may have COVID-19 and/or influenza. The CorDx Tyfast Flu A/B & COVID-19 Multiplex Rapid Test is a type of test called an antigen test. This antigen test is designed to detect proteins from three types of viruses: two viruses that cause influenza (type A and type B) and the virus that causes COVID-19 in nasopharyngeal and anterior nasal swab specimens.
