Service Overview
Yellow fever is a disease spread through mosquito bites, symptoms include fever, chills, headache, backache, and muscle aches. It is endemic in the tropical regions of Africa, central and south America. The vaccine is recommended for individuals traveling to these areas where yellow fever is endemic or epidemic, and for individuals living in or traveling to countries that require proof of yellow fever vaccination for entry. Service Description

Recommended for
• Travellers to endemic and/or epidemic regions (Official International Certificate of Vaccination for yellow fever is required for ICA immigration clearance).
• Children > 9 months old.

Booking Information
• This booking is for 1 vaccination dose.

Recommended dosing
• Recommended to have 1 dose, repeated every 2 years, when traveling to endemic and/or epidemic regions.
• Vaccination should be completed at least 10 days before your trip.
• After receiving the vaccine, you will receive a signed and stamped International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP, sometimes called the “yellow card”), which you must bring with you on your trip.

Not recommended for
• Persons who have prior yellow fever vaccination.
• Persons who have taken a live vaccine within the past 28 days.
• Persons experiencing fever symptoms 3 days prior to appointment.

For group and family bookings
• Please note that group or family bookings will only be processed if all customers to be served:
• Are included in the single booking.
• Reside in or are located at the same address.
• Will receive the health service on the same date and time, and in a single location.

What happens after booking
• An email confirming your order will be sent to you after your purchase.
• You will be contacted by our team within 2 working days of your purchase to confirm your appointment details.
• We will arrive at your confirmed address and timing to perform the vaccination.

Operating Hours
• Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm.
• Saturdays, 9am to 1pm.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed upon making payment online
• Confirmation of your booking will only be made after we have contacted you to verify your details and confirm the date and time of your appointment.
• If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 working days after your booking, please contact us to verify the status of your booking:

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
• If you would like to reschedule your booking, please call our team at +65 6432 8391.
• Cancellations are not allowed once payment has been made.
• Any requests for cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and shall be at the sole discretion of Doctor Anywhere and will only be allowed in limited circumstances.

For Confirmed Appointments (after we have contacted you)
• For appointment rescheduling less than 2 working days before the confirmed appointment date, an administrative fee of $55 nett will be charged.
• You may reschedule your appointment up to a maximum of 2 times.

Terms & Conditions
• Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
• Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund.
• Doctor Anywhere reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service without prior notice.
