● Please note that vaccinations will be subject to doctor’s consultation and recommendation.
● Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) living in households with children under 7 years old: Measles
immunity is required by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) from 1 Sep 2025 onwards.
● Tdap and flu vaccine is not mandatory but recommended as part of our "MDW Protect"
vaccination package.

● Helpers working in households with young children and elderly

Booking Information:
● This package must be completed within two visits (4 weeks apart) and consists of:
○ 2 dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) Vaccine: Protects against three different
viral diseases - measles, mumps, and rubella
○ 1 dose of Flu Vaccine: Protects against the influenza virus which can cause respiratory
illness, fever, and other symptoms
○ 1 dose of Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (Tdap) Vaccine: Protects against three different
diseases - diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (whooping cough)

Recommended dosing:
● 1st visit: MMR vaccine (Dose 1) + Flu vaccine
● 2nd visit: MMR vaccine (Dose 2) + Tdap vaccine

Not recommended for:
● Persons experiencing fever symptoms 3 days prior to appointment.

For group and family bookings:
Please note that group or family bookings will only be processed if all customers to be served:
● Are included in the single booking
● Reside in or are located at the same address
● Will receive the health service on the same date and time, and in a single location.

What happens after booking:
● An email confirming your order will be sent to you after your purchase.
● You will be contacted by our team within 2 working days of your purchase to confirm your
appointment details.
● We will arrive at your confirmed address and timing to perform the vaccination.

Operating Hours:
● Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm
● Saturdays, 9am to 1pm

Please note that your booking is not confirmed upon making payment online. Confirmation of your
booking will only be made after we have contacted you to verify your details and confirm the date and
time of your appointment.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
● If you would like to reschedule your booking, please call our team at +65 6432 8391.
● Cancellations are not allowed once payment has been made. Any requests for cancellations will
be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and shall be at the sole discretion of Doctor Anywhere and
will only be allowed in limited circumstances.

For Confirmed Appointments (after we have contacted you):
● For appointment rescheduling less than 2 working days before the confirmed appointment date,
an administrative fee of $55 nett will be charged. You may reschedule your appointment up to a
maximum of 2 times.

Terms & Conditions:
● Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and
fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
● Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of
the service without eligibility for a refund.
● Doctor Anywhere reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service
without prior notice.
