Directions For Use/Usage Recommendation:
Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration. Sip slowly and frequently whilst symptoms of dehydration persist.
Recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea:
Under 12 months: 1 x Ice Block every 60 mins (Max 16 ice blocks per day)
1 – 3 years: 1 x Ice Block every 60 mins (Max 24 ice blocks per day)
3 – 6 years: 1 x Ice Block every 30 mins (Max 32 ice blocks per day)
6 – 12 years: 2 x Ice Block every 30 mins (Max 43 ice blocks per day)
12 – Adult: 3 x Ice Block every 30 mins (Max 64 ice blocks per day)
Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.

1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer.
2. When frozen cut open one end with clean scissors.
3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end.
4. Suck small amounts until consumed.

Sodium from Sodium chloride - 61.5mg
Potassium from Potassium Citrate - 50mg

No added gluten and artificial flavors.

Safety Information/Warnings:
Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhea persists for more than:
6 hours in infants under 6 months
12 hours in children under 3 years
