Directions For Use/Usage Recommendation:
Take 5–10ml (one to two 5ml spoonfuls) after meals and at bedtime.

Key Ingredients:
1000mg Sodium alginate (per 10 ml)
200mg Potassium Hydrogen Carbonate (per 10 ml)
