Service Overview

This medical examination service is applicable for both Land Transport Authority (LTA) Vocational Drivers Medical Examination and Traffic Police (SPF) Certification of Fitness for Drivers. Land Transport Authority (LTA) requires all applicants applying for the following vocational licenses to undergo a medical examination: - Taxi Driver’s Vocational Licence (TDVL) - Private Hire Car Driver’s Vocational Licence (PDVL) - Bus Driver’s Vocational Licence (BDVL) - Bus Attendant’s Vocational Licence (BAVL) - Omnibus Driver’s Vocational Licence (ODVL) Traffic Police (SPF) requires all drivers aged 65 and above to routinely undergo a medical examination by a medical practitioner to be certified fit to drive. You will receive a letter from Traffic Police (SPF) when you are due for your medical examination. This package covers: - Physical Examination - Visual Acuity Test - *Chest X-Ray (* if add-on selected)

Important Notice:
• If a Chest X-ray is required, it will be conducted off-site. Don’t worry—our staff will assist with booking during your visit.

Things to note:

• Kindly refer to the letter sent by Land Transport Authority (LTA) or Traffic Police (SPF) if you are required to do Chest X-Ray.

• Please ensure you bring along the following documents on the day of your appointment:

- LTA Medical Examination Form or SPF Medical Examination Form

- Identification Card (Physical or Digital)

- Screenshot Confirmation Email

• Kindly note that appointments for purchased health services online must be scheduled and fulfilled within three (3) months from the date of purchase.

• Failure to schedule or complete the appointment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service without eligibility for a refund.

• Doctor Anywhere reserves the right to update the information or fees associated with this service without prior notice.

• If a patient declines to visit the partner location for a Chest X-ray/TB Screening after purchasing the service, the cost is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

1) Unfortunately, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. However, you may submit a request to postpone or reschedule your appointment within the validity period of six (6) months from the date of booking, subject to availability and approval.
